As we welcome our GCSE students to receive their results we want to share with you some of their plans for their future and what contributed to their GCSE success. We will be updating the blog throughout the day.
Elizabeth Fisher
Elizabeth is one of our top-scoring GCSE students achieving all 9s in all of her exams. “I am over the moon! I am staying here at CHS do complete my A levels. In the future, I would love a career in Zoology.”
Shania & Adi Karni
The Karni twins are both moving on to be creative. Shania is staying at CHS to study art and design and maths. Adi who has achieved 10 x grade 9 GCSEs hopes to go into fashion or textiles. “We will be celebrating with a family lunch and seeing friends this evening.”
Rosie Freeman
“I am really happy with my results. I can’t wait to get stuck into a Textiles course.”
Maisha Begum
Maisha achieved 5 grade 9 results. She is planning to study Maths, Biology, and Chemistry A Levels here at CHS. “I want to go on to study Medicine in the future.”
Rami Kers & James Whelan
James and Rami are both carrying on to study at the CHS Sixth Form.
Rami is looking forward to peer mentoring the Year 7s. “I hope to go into something Fiancance based. I am celebrating by going to Leeds Festival this afternoon with lots of friends!”
James is looking forward to having more freedom and responsibility in Sixth Form. He is going on to study Economics and has LSE in mind as a University destination.
Ibrahim Mohammad
Ibrahim is staying st CHS and is looking forward to studying an EPQ. He hopes to have a career in Medicine. “I am going to celebrate with family at dinner.”
Beth Harrison
Beth achieved 8 grade 9 results. “I looked at the paper and I couldn’t believe how well I have done!”
Hannah Brooks
Hannah is going looking forward to staying at CHS to study Maths, Chemistry, Biology and an EPQ. In the future, she would like to go into Research Science.
Maui Connock
“I am really happy with my results. After staying at CHS to study my A Levels I hope to go to a University in America. I’ll definitely be celebrating tonight at Leeds Festival with my friends.”
Siân Talbot
Active sportswoman and Year 11 student Siân is celebrating her hard work paying off – she achieved an impressive 9x 9 GCSE grades, all whilst maintaining a burgeoning sailing career.
Siân got 9 x9 GCSE grades, and an A^ (A* distinction) in her Further Maths GCSE.
She is looking forward to pursuing a career in Science.
